Prayer Warrior Bulletin

News Megaphone ConceptSpecial Announcement:

As mentioned in a previous article Lambchow is launching a new website called Prayer Warrior Bulletin. The purpose of PWB is to pull together news stories of Christian persecution, natural disasters, and human conflicts for the purpose prayer. The guiding scripture is Matthew 5:4 “But I (Jesus) say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,” (see also Luke 6:27 and Romans 12:19-21).  Our primary goal and desire is to see the persecutors come to know Jesus Christ.

Consider Saul. He persecuted the church and stood by in agreement while Stephen was being stoned to death. Instead of uttering a prayer of vengeance, hatred, and revenge Stephen prayed with his last breath – “Lord, do not hold this sin against them!” Having said this, he fell asleep.” (Acts 7:60, NASB95)  Later in Acts we see Stephen’s prayer answered with Saul’s conversion from persecutor to believer.

The new website is still in its infancy but the foundation has been laid. There are two major parts. The first is called “The World”, a page with Pinterest style cards of current prayer concerns along with quotes and articles about prayer. “The Prayer Wall” is a forum space for readers to post their own personal prayer concerns.  While everyone can read what is posted on the prayer wall, only those that have registered and are logged in can add or comment on the prayer wall. In the upper right hand corner there is a box with an arrow, this is where you can register and login. Or if you’d rather not register prayer needs can be emailed to me and I’ll post them for you.

Here is the link to the new website – pwb.lambchow.com

There is also a new menu item on Lambchow that will take you there.
